having something go wrong. Wrong o-rings turned my #3 rod into a banana and bent 3 valves, which resulted in $1500+ getting the heads rebuilt Spring '03, and $3400 or so getting hte block rebuilt this past spring. Blown turbo 2 months after I got the car turned into a $5000 project by the time new turbos, intercoolers, injectors, new EPROM, etc. were added in. For the 31 months I have owned the car, it has been down for a good portion of those. Yeah, now it was just another cheap little part that failed, and there's a good chance that nothing will go wron with the car again for many years to come, but I am just emotionally drained by this car. It's time to let it go. Maybe in a few years I will buy another Z, but for now I just feel that I need a break.
Rule #1 - There's always a bastard!
